The real estate agency may require the presentation of official identification documents from clients who wish to visit a property which is promoted by our agency, whether the intention is to rent or to purchase, as well as from property owners who wish to assign our agency to undertake the promotion of  their property, either for rent or for sale, before, during the meetings, after the meetings with the real estate agent, or with an employee of the agency, in order to settle the legal interests of the agency and / or of the owners of the properties, but also to comply with legal obligations , as well as to prevent the circumvention of the bidding process and/or the falsification of the sale or rental procedures.

In the event that you request through our platform to view a property while you have previously filled out your details in the property request form.  we shall  need to identify your details, against the form you have been registered as a customer.
